I am reaching out to you personally because I am putting together a small group of women for a three-month programme with a difference, and I feel you might be a beautiful fit.
I am not opening this to everyone. I am carefully selecting a small group of women for this experiment, women who value understanding their bodies, supporting their health now, and protecting it for the future. I am inviting you personally because I think you would an amazing addition to the group and that this approach would genuinely suit you.

Others feel mostly well, but have noticed subtle changes and want to understand their bodies before those whispers turn into something louder.
What they share is a deeper intention, a wish to age well and to stay sharp and energised as they get older. To feel at home in their body not just now, but in the years ahead.
Too often, we are encouraged to wait until something breaks, or to accept changes as inevitable. I created The REVIVE Experiment because I believe there is another way, one rooted in early awareness, strong foundations, and learning to trust your body rather than ignore it.
The REVIVE Experiment is a shared programme, but it is also a very individual journey.
Each of us comes to this work from a different place. Some of us are rebuilding, others are reinforcing what already feels fairly balanced but we are all coming into this group to learn, listen, and pay attention to our needs.
We will slow things down enough to notice what truly supports your body.
We will focus on the foundations that matter most: sleep, stress, blood sugar, inflammation, and energy production.
We will build understanding and habits that you will be able to carry with you long after these three months are complete.
I will guide the process, teach the science, and hold the structure. The group brings shared wisdom, encouragement, and perspective. Together, we create an environment where sustainable, long-term health can take root.

These are not short-term interventions. They are skills, awareness, and understanding you will carry forward.

Every fortnight, we will introduce a new, science-based experiment and work through it together. The live group coaching provides guidance and support, helping you stay engaged and supported from start to finish.

I also want you to know why this work matters so much to me.
I know what it feels like to be dismissed, misdiagnosed, and told that exhaustion, pain, or confusion is “just part of being a woman”. For years, I lived in that space myself.
That experience led me to stop outsourcing my health and start learning how the body truly works. I trained in herbal and functional medicine and began to understand hormones as part of the wider endocrine system, something to be listened to, not overridden.
Today, I support women to make sense of their symptoms, reconnect with their energy, and build long-term health with clarity and care.
